This is "Executive presence is about the WAY you speak and influence — that combines appearance (look and behave), and a depth of knowledge or skill in a domain. It is part of a broader array of leadership skills and crosses over with communication, EQ, confidence, and general influencing skills. What is doesn't tell you is what is on the inside or motivation for this kind of behavior. Meaning cult leaders could have "executive presence" but their motivations are for harm. The "image" can also be troublesome because it is based on years of the white male bias in the workplace.
